With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Tesche brings great depth to the TVA-AG team with his past efforts in the regulatory application of photochemical models for ozone attainment demonstrations; emissions, meteorological, and photochemical model development and refinement; and model performance evaluation and uncertainty analysis.
