Anda Ray

Anda Ray is TVA's Designated Federal Officer for the Regional Resource Stewardship Council. She ensures that proper public notice is given of all council meetings, represents TVA at those meetings, and ensures that the minutes and other council records are available to the public.

Ray serves as TVA's Senior Vice President of the Office of Environment and Research as well as its Environmental Executive. In those capacities she directs TVA’s environmental and stewardship activities and its science and technology initiatives. Her responsibilities include corporate environmental regulatory outlook, operational performance, and TVA’s renewable and clean energy strategies.

Ray joined TVA in 1983. She earned a B.S. degree in nuclear physicis from Auburn University and a master's in solid state physics from Emory University.
