Wes Rosenbalm

Wes Rosenbalm is the president and chief executive officer of Bristol Virginia Utilities. He was previously employed with the Gaffney Board of Public Works in Gaffney, South Carolina, and Kentucky Utilities.

Rosenbalm is chairman-elect of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the board of Tri-Cities Christian Schools. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky.
