Michael A. Butler

Michael Butler serves as executive director of the Tennessee Wildlife Federation. He was previously the organization's director of conservation. He is an Eagle Scout, is a member of several conservation groups, and serves on various conservation and industry-related boards.

Butler received a Presidential appointment to serve on the board of trustees for the Morris K. Udall Foundation for Scholarship and Excellence in Environmental Policy. He earned an M.S. degree in fish and wildlife management from Montana State University and a B.S. degree in wildlife and fisheries science from the University of Tennessee.
