JULY 27 and 28 REGIONAL RESOURCE STEWARDSHIP MEETING

Welcome to the non-Council subcommittee members who have been appointed and will be joining the Council for the July meeting in Knoxville, Tennessee. An agenda for is attached. As you can see, it is very full and tightly scheduled. Kate Jackson and the subcommittee advisors discussed the options at length and worked hard to incorporate all the suggestions and special requests that we expressed at the last meeting and during subsequent subcommittee discussions. A room is reserved for you the nights of Wednesday and Thursday, July 26th and 27th. Your room will be direct-billed to TVA. The hotel will require your credit card for any incidental expenses that you may want to charge to the room.

Transportation
Several vans driven by TVA employees will be used to transport Council members between the Hyatt and the destinations listed on the agenda. Please assemble at the front door of the Hyatt at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure times. If you require transportation with an air carrier and haven’t yet contacted Sandra Hill for reservations, please contact her immediately. Regional Council and Subcommittee Members

Attire
On Thursday, casual dress, suitable to the weather and helicopter travel would be best.

1. Final agenda.
2. Map and directions to the Hyatt Hotel.
3. A copy of TVA’s first Environmental Report.
4. A copy of TVA’s summer issue of River Neighbors.
