Commercial lease for recreation use

Watts Bar Reservoir, Rhea County, Tennessee

Description
The Tennessee Valley Authority is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) seeking an operator for Rhea Springs Recreation Area on Watts Bar Reservoir in Rhea County, Tennessee. The area has been managed for day use and camping activities. TVA will consider an operating and development proposal for a 19-year lease for commercial recreation use.

Interested individuals are invited to submit an operating proposal by May 28, 2003. Detailed information, a description of the recreation area, and proposal requirements are available in the RFP. To receive a copy of the RFP or if you have questions, contact:
