Location

Pickwick Reservoir at Spring Creek mile 0.4 (right bank), in Colbert County, Ala.  

Description

TVA is considering the issuance of a revocable license over approximately 3.5 acres of land on Pickwick Reservoir at Spring Creek mile 0.4 (right bank), in Colbert County, Ala.  

TVA is seeking public comment prior to deciding on the issuance.
The land has been requested by the Colbert County Commission for emergency services use by the Colbert County Emergency Management Agency.

Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before August 30, 2012.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to sjstrickland@tva.gov.
