Proposed action
Sale of surplus property.

Location
Monroe County between the Highway 411 right-of-way and the Niles Ferry Industrial Park at Vonore.

Description
TVA proposes to surplus 4.8 acres of land and offer it for sale as four separate tracts for industrial or commercial purposes. The narrow strip of land is located in Monroe County between the Highway 411 right-of-way and the Niles Ferry Industrial Park at Vonore.

TVA is seeking to identify potential issues that should be addressed regarding this proposal and, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and National Historic Preservation Act, is interested in receiving comments on the possible effects of the proposal on historic properties.
