Description

Mike Materna has requested that TVA modify a deed to lift restrictions affecting 6.48 acres, allowing the land to be developed for single-dwelling homes.

The property is located on Norris Reservoir, in Campbell County. Modification of the deed will allow for construction of single-family residences between the 1,035- and 1,044-foot contour elevations.

TVA is interested in receiving comments on the potential of the proposed action to affect the environment or historic properties and in identifying any other issues associated with this proposal. These comments will be used in reaching a decision on the proposed action.
