Description

The Southland Group LLC has requested a deed modification affecting 3.92 acres. The request is to lift restrictions allowing its land to be developed for condominiums.

The location is Andersonville Boat Dock on Norris Reservoir in Union County. Modification of the TVA restrictions will allow for construction of dwelling units between the 1035- and 1044-foot contour elevations.

TVA is interested in receiving comments on the potential of the proposed action to affect the environment or historic properties, and would like to identify any other issues associated with this proposal. All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before June 3, 2005 and should be directed to:
