TVA To Host Informational Open House on Kingston Recovery at Roane State

HARRIMAN, Tenn. – TVA will host a second informational open house on the Kingston Fossil Plant recovery efforts from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, March 30, in the Roane State Community College gymnasium.
Representatives from TVA and other cooperating agencies will answer questions about recovery operations and dredging; air, water and soil testing; river operations; and community outreach.
Anyone with an immediate need should contact the TVA Outreach Office at (865) 632-1700. The Outreach Office hours are Monday – Friday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.tva.com.
Roane State Community College is located at 276 Patton Lane in Harriman, Tenn. To get to the gymnasium, take the second entrance to the campus from Patton Lane, and the second right for parking. Anyone who requires special assistance should contact Laura Smith at (865) 632-8287.
