Vacuum suction trucks use floats to suspend hoses that remove floating Cenospheres from the water. Cenospheres are an inert floating byproduct formed by the burning of coal at the TVA Kingston Fossil Plant. Cenospheres are not considered a health risk but can be unsightly.
