Four division working areas have been designated along the Emory, Clinch and Tennessee Rivers to coordinate containment and recovery of Cenospheres, an inert floating byproduct formed by the burning of coal at the TVA Kingston Fossil Plant. Cenospheres are not considered a health risk but can be unsightly.
