Kilgore Updates House Subcommittee on Kingston Recovery

TVA President & Chief Executive Officer Tom Kilgore testified today before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Water Resources & Environment.

Kilgore discussed recent independent studies on the spill at Kingston Fossil Plant on Dec. 22, and he provided an update on recovery efforts at the site.

Other interested parties, including representatives from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the TVA Office of Inspector General and the involved engineering firms (AECOM and Marshall Miller), also testified.
