Information Quality

TVA has established guidelines for ensuring the quality and timeliness of the information it provides to the public. Those guidelines call for the public information presented by TVA to be objective (that is, accurate, clear, complete, and unbiased), and usable by the intended audience.

Members of the public who believe that any information disseminated by TVA is inaccurate may have the error corrected. For more information on this initiative, see the TVA Information Quality Report.

Bulletin for Peer Review

Based on the review conducted, TVA has not identified any upcoming influential scientific information (including highly influential scientific assessments) within the definitions promulgated by OMB’s Bulletin M-05-03, Final Information Quality Bulletin on Peer Review. Therefore TVA has no agenda of forthcoming influential scientific disseminations to post on its website in accordance with the Bulletin. If such documents are identified, they will be posted for public review.
