Adoption of Environmental Assessments (EAs) prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

Guy Jenkins proposes to construct a floating commercial marina and associated facilities, at Lone Mountain Creek Mile 0.1, Opposite Clinch River Mile 133.3 in Claiborne County, Tennessee.  Proposed facilities include boat slips, a store, restaurant, gas dock structure, boat launching ramp, and parking lot.
