Pharma Pac Equipment Loan

Kemper County, Mississippi

TVA has decided to make a loan to the Kemper County Economic Development Authority for equipment to be leased to Pharma Pac, LLC, a company located within the John C. Stennis Industrial Park just outside the town of Dekalb. The equipment would assist the company in expanding its existing pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations to include generic prescription pharmaceutical products.

TVA has prepared an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact that give the details and rationale for this decision.
