Palank Request for 26a Permit

Angelica Palank requested that TVA issue a Section 26a permit for an excavation and fill of approximately 533 cubic yards. The relocation of soil would be within the 100-year floodplain and result in extending the area above the 1,779-foot contour elevation (full pool) approximately 25 feet into the reservoir. These actions would result in potential impacts to 0.17 acres of wetlands. This area is located on Nottely Reservoir, Nottely River Mile 38.0L, Union County, Georgia.
