Madison County Airport Expansion

Madison County Executive Airport Authority proposes to construct a Runway Safety Area (RSA), i.e., emergency landing area, within a runway safety zone at the North End of Runway Number 18 of the Madison County Executive Airport in Meridianville, Alabama. The proposed RSA would result in the placement of fill material into 3.8 acres of wetlands adjacent to Brier Fork, a tributary of the Flint River at mile 4.0.
