Etowah Power Supply Improvement Project

Summary

This final Environmental Assessment addresses the proposal by TVA to provide an additional source of electrical power for the Etowah area of McMinn County and nearby Polk County, Tennessee, by building a new 161-69-kilovolt substation and upgrading the Ocoee No. 1 - Etowah Switching Station 69-kilovolt transmission line.
