Decatur Boat Harbor

Adoption of Environmental Assessment (EA) prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

The city of Decatur proposes to construct a riverboat moorage and boat launching facility on Wheeler Reservoir in Morgan County, Tennessee at the old Ingalls Shipyard location.  Proposed facilities include a floating dock and retaining wall around the slough/harbor area, a passenger loading/uploading dock for the riverboat, a harbor point fixed dock for public access, and a boat launching ramp.
